Swyft Inc., a leader in automated retail, has unveiled its next-generation Compact Better+ kiosk at The Hospitality Show 2025. This new model is a smaller, 3’x3′ version of its successful robotic store program currently used in full-service hotels.
The compact kiosk is specifically designed to address the needs of select-service and boutique hotels, which often have limited lobby space and lack 24/7 guest retail options. The Better+ program provides a “turnkey” solution for hotels at zero cost, as Swyft manages the installation, operation, and inventory replenishment.
The kiosk offers guests 24/7 access to essentials and personal care items, capturing sales during late-night hours (8 PM to 7 AM) when traditional shops are closed. For the hotel, this enhances guest convenience and creates a new, passive revenue stream without impacting staff operations. The new unit features a 49-inch high-resolution touchscreen and advanced sensors for an intuitive user experience.
