The integration directly syncs Hostie’s virtual concierge with OpenTable’s reservation system. This partnership is designed to address major industry challenges, including staffing shortages and high guest expectations. According to the release, 69% of Americans are likely to abandon a restaurant if the phone goes unanswered. Hostie’s platform reportedly resolves 81% of all calls without human intervention, resulting in a 97% customer satisfaction score.
